Coming soon. Pioneer Library System has been awarded a New York State Department of Library Development Adult Literacy Grant. Warsaw Public Library and Arcade Free Library are the main recipients of programs to be provided with grant funds. We will be offering expanded services to Literacy West students and tutors, and computer classes for all adult patrons.
