A good thriller is my idea of escape.
Every time I start a new one I find myself traveling the world and through time, chasing the bad guys... There are fast cars, women who can shoot, questionably factual historical mysteries to solve by using ones off the cuff knowledge of ancient languages and good rapport with protective librarians. There are tough as nails cigar-smoking sidekicks!
